With the Shure SLXD15 mobile wireless system, you can literally work anywhere. The included SLXD1 bodypack transmitter is compatible with any microphone with a TA4F connection, meaning that it supports almost any Shure clip-on microphone or microphone headset.

The Shure SLXD5 Receiver

The SLXD5 receiver included with this system has an extremely compact design and is powered by AA batteries or the compatible Shure SB 903 rechargeable battery (not included), completing a fully mobile and cable-free kit that's ideal for journalists and film makers. The transmitter and receiver are quickly and easily paired via an infra red signal, and the system automatically selects the best available frequency. This receiver can also easily be slipped inside the free pocket of any sound technician's bag and, if you're a one-person crew, it can even be secured to your camera using the included cold-shoe mount.
